What controller do I need to play classic N64 games on the Wii?
Will the classic controller (http://www.amazon.com/Wii-Classic-Controller-nintendo/dp/B000IN0BSU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1269899619&sr=1-1) work, or is there a different kind that I’ll need?
Also, what is the difference between the current classic controller, and the one that comes out next month (http://www.amazon.com/Wii-Classic-Controller-Pro-White-Nintendo/dp/B0037US4IA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1269899619&sr=1-3)?
The Classic Controller will work. You are required to use either the classic controller or Gamecube Controller for N64 games.
The one that comes out next month is just going to have those grips so it will be easier to hold the controller. Thats all.
I don’t know whether you plan on buying for that site, but you can get a new classic controller from gamestop for $20
